On-Line Appointment/Information Request Options
GMCHRC  Health System's Patient Channel offers GMCHRC Clinic (PDC) patients the ability to request the following routine healthcare maintenance tasks:
  • Appointments, including cancellation and re-scheduling
  • Referrals to a Specialist
  • Appointment reminders
 
You can use Patient Channel to complete the noted tasks on-line if you have been seen by a participating provider. Patient Channel is currently available for many of the Health Services, with additional ones added routinely to the listing of participating clinics.
