| Objectives: "Know your child better" |
The Annual GMC Healthy Baby Contest is held to raise community awareness of the importance of teaching children good health and nutrition habits at an early age. Establishing proper habits starting in early childhood can lead to living a healthy lifestyle. The contest also promotes health consciousness among mothers regarding different factors affecting the health of children and how they could detect diseases in children at an early stage.
We do hope you will not let this excellent opportunity of personal interaction with our doctor’s pass by you. We look forward
to your presence at event and hope to develop a long-term reciprocally beneficial relationship with you and thus make this event a grand success.

| SELECTION
PROCEDURES: |
| The selection of the ‘’healthy baby’’ will be done according to the physical and mental growth, complete immunization, general appearance of the child and the parents’ knowledge about childcare. The judges for the healthy baby contest will be renowned pediatricians, apart from the experts at GMC Hospital. |

| Categories based on age: |
- Ist category (3 mths to 1year)
- 2nd category (1 year to 2 years)
- 3rd category (2 years to 3 years)

The contest, apart from an award for a Healthy Baby, will also have prizes in the following categories:
- Active Baby
- Curly Hair
- Sparkling Eyes
- Sunshine smile
- Chubby cheeks
